16 hour test of the Benefit Creaseless Cream Eyeshadow in Skinny Jeans

Hey hunnies!
I finally got my hands on Benefit's creaseless cream eyeshadow in the colour Skinny Jeans. I had the colours Stiletto and My date's my brother already, I found them on eBay.

I had heard and read so much about the colour Skinny Jeans and i wanted to try it out.
I got it from the online-store called feelunique.com. They have free shiping to Sweden and very good prices. And on the night I found the site they had a 20% off on the Benefit brand! I was so very happy when I found the cream eyeshadows! I should have bought more of them when it was the 20% off but I wanted to find out if it took long for the package to come to Sweden.
I ordered it on Wen the 3/8 and got it on Tue 9/8 so it came very quickliy!

So I decied to do a little experiment to document the staying power and if it do crease after being worn a whole day.
I took some photos of it after I put it on, hour 1, and then just before I went to bed, hour 16.

As you can see on the photo the colour Skinny Jeans can be a little difficult to define. It all depends on what light you're in, what angle you see it from and so on. It is a kind of breyish brown tapue colour with some flecks of silver AND gold. I just love love love this colour! :)

As it says on the photo this is after 16 hour on my eyem and I tend to have a little of an oily eyelid. Yes it has creased a little but after 16 hours I can't really complain about it! I'm still very happy with these shadows!

Review E.L.F Mechanical Eyelash Curler

Hi!
I'm back with another little review. I'm sorry that I've been very quite on the blogging side of things. I've started my new job so I haven't had very much time to do reviews and stuff.

But now I'm here with a little review on the E.L.F Mechanical Eyelash Curler from the £1,5 line.

I really like this eyelash curler! It fits my eye perfect. The only downside with it is that the rubber pad gets worn out riddiculously fast. The first one I bought got worn out in like less then 2 weeks. So they were very kind and sent me a new one. The rest has gotten at least 3-4 weeks use out of it. It comes with 2 rubber pads per eyelash curler.

Eventough it gets worn out so fast I think I will continue to buy it when the UK site gets it back in stock.

Big Lancome haul!

Ciao dolls!
Last weekend I found myself buying some Lancome products and was then given a free gift package.
I love love love Lancome's skinproducts.
The moisturizer I'm loving at the moment is the Lancome Hydra Zen Neurocalm with spf 15.

The HydraZen kit + the free gift all from Lancome.

As seen of the photo I got 2 kit full with Lancome items. I bought the HydraZen Neurocalm moisturizer with spf 15 and in that kit I got one Tonique Douceur (a softening hydrating toner) and one Douceur Galateis (a softening cleansing fluid for face and eyes). All this for the price of just the Hydra Zen moisturizer, 600 SEK (approx. £59-60). It all was worth approx. £108 (1100 SEK). I have to say I'm very happy with my purchase!

Now we come to my little free gift! I got 5 small sample items.
* One small Juicy Tube, I don't know what shade/flavour it is. It doesn't say on the tube but it smells like toffee. I love it! It leaves the lips hydrated for hours!
* Hypnose Precious Cells Mascara in black. I haven't tried it yet.
* A small Genifique Youth Activating Serum
* A sample of the perfume Ô de Lancome.
* A pink makeup bag.

I haven't had time to really try a lot of the stuff that I got. But if you have any requests that you want me to review please let me know and I'll do a full review on it!

EotD - Easy Breezy Sunday

Ciao girls!
Now I'm here with a Eye of the Day or what is known as a EotD. This makeup wore I yesterday.

  Products:
* NYX HD base
* Benefit Creaseless Cream Shadow/Liner in My Date's My Brother
* Isadora Innerliner in Indian Black
* ELF Mineral Infused Mascara in black
* Make Up Store Tri Brow Color

I put the Nyx HD base all over my lid and after that the Benefit Creaseless shadow. I then lined my upper and lower waterline with the Isadora innerliner after that I appleyed the ELF mascara. Lastly I lightly filled in my brows medium shade in the Make Up Store Brow kit. 

I'm sorry if the pictures show the makeup very well because I took them with my cellphone.

Review on ELF nail polishes + swatches

Hi!
I'm back again! This time with a little review on some of my ELF nail polishes.

L-R: Red Velvet, Dark Navy and Cranberry.

 On the ELF website the colour Red Velvet and Cranberry looked mush more different than they really are. In real life they look almost exactly the same... It's a little sad. But besides that they are really pretty colours.
Red Velvet:
A little darker red with some light shimmer in it. The picture on the website showed it as with mush more shimmer than it has.
Dark Navy:
A pretty dark dark blue, sometimes bordering on black.  I really like this colour! =)
Cranberry:
A dark red/pinkish colour. Not as shimmery as Red Velvet.

The polishes dry fast but I feel that you have to apply one than one coat to get a good coverage.
If you don't have a top coat and you are around water the polish will last you for a couple of 2-3 day.

Do I recomment these?
Yes! And for just £1.50 go wild! Try every colour!

ELF Lip Liner & Blending Brush Review with Swatches

Hey everyone!
I'm here with a little review of the ELF Studio Lip Liner & Blending Brush.

I really like this lip liner. It's good because, at least for me, the colour Natural is great. It's only avalible in one colour, which can be a negative depending on what colour your lips are.
I don't really use the brush side but that side is like all the studio brushes very soft and nice.

I mostly use the liner side all over my lips to get my lipstick to stay on longer.

Recommend to?
Someone who wants their lipstick to stay better. And someone who can wear the colour in Natural.

Don't recommend to?
Someone who's lips can't work with the colour Natural.

My new makeup blog!

Ciao guys and girls!
Here is the first blogpost in my new English makeup blog!

My name is Jessie and I'm from the north of Sweden. I have a Swedish blog as well but I tought it was time for an English one so more people could understand what I'm writing about.

My interest for makeup is quite recent. It really started when I discovered the brand ELF (eyeslipsface.co.uk). It's a cheap brand but they have really good quallity for what you pay for it! I'm using their mineral foundation and concealer and I really love it! And it's only £3.50!!!

From ELF I've found a lot of other brands that I'm curious on trying but in Sweden it can be very difficult finding those brands. I mean brands like Benefit and Urban Decay are almost impossible to find here! So I have to tyr finding brands like that online! Sad but true...
